Tim’s donuts were far better when they were made in-store, but about 20 years ago they started par-baking them centrally, freezing them, then re-heating them in the stores. Just awful now.
Dunkin Donuts did the same thing. I can remember when they used to bake donuts fresh on site around 20 years ago
