Peyton Manning ever returning is unlikely.

Manning not travelling to the game on Sunday. Will not even be a backup QB.

Manning would be a great coach or actor though.

The only reason he would ever start again is if they want him to be able to beat Brette Farve’s record, and that isn’t a good enough reason unless they are out of the playoffs and ending the season with nothing to play for. I can’t see it happening. He lasted a lot longer at Denver than I thought he would though.

I’m a huge Peyton fan but I truly hope he retires. It will prove he is as intelligent as I’ve always felt he was.

Peyton is one of the best, and probably THE best, quarterback ever to play the game. Brilliant QB mind. If he doesn’t return, he will surely be missed by fans across the globe.

Like Brett Favre and Dan Marino, Peyton Manning hung around too long. It was embarrassing watching his poor play this year and all those interceptions. He should have been benched weeks ago.

Hopefully Tom Brady will be smart enough to retire when he is still on top.

I’m a Pats fan, but I have the highest regard and respect for Peyton - one of the all time greats.
If he is done, and I truly hope not, Belichick should hire him as the QB coach at NE...who better to coach Tom Brady than his greatest adversary?

Elway and the Broncos can do what they want with the team. With that said, they are idiots for not keeping the same offense of the last two years in place with Manning at the helm. The reason they didn’t go to or win the Super bowl is their defense wasn’t good enough. Their offense this year is mismanaged and atrocious in this very astute football mans opinion. Peyton may not be the QB he once was, but he is as good once, as he ever was.

Maybe he can stand on the sidelines and dance.

I’m surprised Peyton came back after his neck surgery.

Prayers up for his recovery this season and go Broncos!

Take a seat and set your reservations for Canton.

Go out with class. Don’t become Brett Farve.
