Very nice weather here in central Tx. aside from that 4 inches in 3 hours thing a couple of weeks back. Can't recall if I mentioned in, have been absent a couple of weeks.

Anywho lemon harvest is underway. Filled a five gallon bucket last night and picked 9 key limes today. Not bad for the first year on the key lime.

A forecast of 35 for Sunday night. Gonna be iffy with my fall tomatoes. So far I've only picked two and there are a bunch of green ones. Not that fried green tomatoes are a bad thing.

Mostly just hunkering down. Sadly Mrs. Texan was advised that the bone hasn't healed and she is being referred to another guy who probably shouldn't be licensed to drive, much less practice medicine, for a 5th surgery. I am seriously considering a consult with our vet who I have a lot more confidence in.

I’ve always wished my vets would treat me! They are more compassionate than any arrogant MD I’ve met too.

Lemons - now I am missing one thing about the fascist state of mexifornia. I’d be picking huge fragrant lemons about now. Even the leaves smelled great.
