Is there, under the Constitution of the USA, any way to force a sooner election?

After enduring would-be dictator caliph 0bama, I have come to the conclusion that we need to reexamine the principle of "Checks and Balances". With a weak congress and a corrupt court, it has failed miserably. It needs to be strengthened somehow.

We also need to look at the 25th Amendment. Who thinks the cabinet of puppets that the 0bama regime has assembled would ever vote that their "demigod" 0bama was incapable of discharging the duties? European governments already believe that he is unbalanced, but absolutely no one on this side of The Atlantic has even broached the subject; - it's not politically correct.

I don’t think so. It’s all laid out in Article I, with a few amendments affecting gender, age, “previous condition of servitude”, i.e. slavery, qualifying who may vote, and direct election of senators. But the timing for Federal elections is specific. The Founders avoided the inherent volatility of a Parliamentary, unwritten English Constitution, style government. The States can hold elections to fill their own offices and to pass referendums, etc. as they please under their own constitutions, but those for President and Congress are very specifically prescribed. All that could of course be changed through Article V amendment or convention.

No. And we should not want one. We need Obama to double down on what he is doing, right up to election day 2016. By the time he is out of office, at this rate, people will be hunting DemocRats with dogs. The only way we are going to see key figures in and around this administration criminally prosecuted is for him to keep it up

No, but there is Section 4the of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution.

Section. 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

There's a way for Congress to smack-down the USSC ruling that queers can marry one another and no one has stepped to get that ball rolling so why do you ask if the Constitution provides for a way to get rid of a President who cannot prove he was born an American citizen ?

No, but there is the conclusion of the Declaration of Independence:

“We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. The abuses of this regime far exede those of the British crown.

One of the founders stated that the Constitution was only for a moral and religious people and inadequate for any other. When corrupted scoundrels and godless hacks are now spread across the spectrum of the branches of govt we have the results as we now have.

You could arrange for an early election by the House of Representatives, with the assistance of the Senate.

1) House impeaches Prez and VP
2)Speaker resigns
3)New speaker is elected with intention of them becoming Prez (doesn’t have to be a member of the House)
4)Senate finds Prez and VP guilty of impeachable offenses (2/3 vote)
5)New speaker who was intended to become Prez, becomes Prez

aftermath:
6)Original speaker can be elected again as Speaker of House
7)Prez with congress’ approval selects new VP
