Is there, under the Constitution of the USA, any way to force a sooner election?

I was pondering this and cannot come up with any way to do it, within the guidelines of our US Constitution.
Is it possible to force a special election for president, before the next one scheduled on Nov 8, 2016?

0 been doing all he can to expedite Congress to start that process before ‘16 elections.

They won’t have to VOTE for it, just the long process of initiating it will be enough to create anarchy.
