Professor McManamon (believes generally that natural-born citizens must be born in the United States, which would make Cruz ineligible. Orly Taitz, Larry Klayman, and Mario Apuzzo, who each filed multiple lawsuits challenging Obama's eligibility, have asserted Cruz is not eligible.
