Just before the 2008 election Barack Obama's election team spent $1.4 million blocking access to all of Obama's records.

There were 8 attempts by Democrats to try to "Change the Qualification Rules" BEFORE Obama was elected.
They KNOW Obama's ILLEGAL ... AND .... UNQUALIFIED!

The issue has never been adjudicated in the courts. We need a definition of what constitutes a natural born citizen as mentioned in the Presidential eligibility qualifications in the Constitution. They didn't say citizen; they said "natural born."

Every president to date was either a citizen at the adoption of the Constitution in 1789 or born in the United States; of those in the latter group, every president except two (Chester A. Arthur and Barack Obama) had two U.S.-citizen parents.

Ted Cruz was born in a foreign country and had only one Amcit parent. He acquired Canadian citizenship at birth. Chester Arthur was born in Vermont to a Vermont-born mother and a father from Ireland, who was naturalized as a U.S. citizen in 1843, 14 years after Chester was born. Arthur tried to hide the fact that his father, though legally living in the US, was not a US citizen at the time of his birth.

The cases of Obama and Cruz are similar despite your protestations to the contrary. They point out the need to get a SCOTUS decision on the issue once and for all. I don't want the children of illegal aliens, tourists, or green card holders to be eligible for the Presidency. We need a legal definition of NBC as mentioned in the Constitution. You can't be intellectually honest by attacking Obama (correctly) and not expect Cruz to come under similar scrutiny.

On November 24 the state of NH will address the challenges to Cruz and Sanders being on the ballot in 2016. I expect NH to approve Cruz being on the ballot, but there will be other challenges. We need to resolve this issue in the courts ASAP.
