Oh I was wondering what the heck that was, because I didnt notice it before this update. Is there a way to turn that off? I dont have a microphone on this PC so its really not going to be used
I have to believe there is, but I don't have my Win10 machine available to verify. You can try this search:

Go to Start and type/search for “Customer Experience.” Turn off the settings in the CEIP panel. Also go through the Control Panel and turn off all of the identity and location awareness programs. Most of them are under “Location Settings.”
