That's exactly right. Gosh, the senator from MA can get on the cover of Time magazine because of his bold stance on EPA regulations in the Rocky Mountains, and the people back home all say, "What a guy!!" and they vote to re-elect him.

The interests of MA have played no part. But the mob doesn't see that. The system isn't supposed to work that way.
