You can find all the Windows Ping list threads with FR search: just search on keyword "windowspinglist".
Or you could stick with Win7 or 8.1, at least for a while...

Good!!!
Maybe the scanner on my printer will start to work again.
It was the only casualty in the update to Windows 10.

Really weird issue, so last night on my laptop(I have windows 10 Pro on it) it started downloading the update, went to 99 percent then failed, now I no longer see that update even available..now on my Desktop PC I have Windows 10 Home, no update has become available at all just typical windows defender updates
