Among technical roles, here’s what my building was like 3 years ago:
1) 65% Born in U.S.
2) 35% Smartest Kid from Every Village in the World

Here’s what my building is like now:
1) 25% Born in U.S.
2) 35% Smartest Kid from Every Village in the World
3) 40% Indians on H1B Visas

Americans are now a minority dwarfed by temporary worker foreign citizens on main campus in the U.S.A. This is at a Fortune 50 company.
