Cruz is working on a winning persona. He knows he does not come off as likable, and my bet is that he is getting nightly critiques from wifey and well as watch his own performances. What is impresses me about him besides his intellect is his self-control. If he goes up against Hillary, he knows he will have to do what Bush did against Ann Richards. Give Bush this: he read Ann perfectly. He was so nice to her that she had to reign in her natural snarkniness. Despite her image, Ann was a decent sort. Hillary is not. Cruzwould be up against a female shark.
Russia cannot project and support sufficient conventional forces into the region to be a serious threat to Israel.
As for Iran, it was inaction by Bush and Obama that allowed them to acquire a nuke, not activities in Iraq or Syria.
If one must keep Russia out of the Middle East (and I have mixed views on that) we should increase arms to Israel and burn Iran to the ground.
It's either completely destroy Iran or be fated to a century of proxy wars.
I and millions of others want nothing to do with the proxy war scenario and would rather cede the turf (Syria, which was never in our orbit and has no oil).
You are not losing turf you are ceeding oil
You expressed what I was thinking...I call her Snarly Carly too.
Her presence there makes me understand why she was out at HP. Who would want to work with someone with her attitude...even if she was correct sometimes in that restructure.
No person or buzzer was going to stop her from her entire prepared remark on any subject. Next time a GONG!
