Are those the photos in question? It looks like Clooney is being kissed, rather than instigating a kiss. It also doesn't look like he's enjoying it much.

These photos aren't evidence of anything much -- one way or another. It would be better to just point a well-calibrated gaydar in Clooney's general direction.

Something's amiss here, because this article states:

"The National ENQUIRER has obtained secret spy photos of George Clooney kissing another man that could seal the deal on his $220 million divorce."

Quite obviously, in the photos you posted, that other man is kissing Clooney, which is NOT to suggest that Clooney isn't enjoying it. If anything, Clooney just appears to realize the kissing is being captured in photos.

It looks like the guy is almost forcing Clooney to kiss. And they’re in public. Hollywood people are such kissy-face types, anyway. Not to defend Clooney, whom I can’t stand, but this is not very shocking or incriminating.
