STOCKHOLM (AP) -- Climate change could push more than 100 million people into extreme poverty by 2030 by disrupting agriculture and fueling the spread of malaria and other diseases, the World Bank said in a report Sunday.
Released just weeks ahead of a U.N. climate summit in Paris, the report highlighted how the impact of global warming is borne unevenly, with the world's poor woefully unprepared to deal with climate shocks such as rising seas or severe droughts.

There are fewer people in extreme poverty now than at any time in the history of man.
There are fewer pandemics, natural famines (All famines these days are caused by governments and used as a weapon by them.), lower infant mortality rates and less real suffering due to carbon based fuels and more democratic governments.
The entire premise is a proven lie by simply looking at the last 100 years of human history, particularly since Reagan brought down the Soviet Union without firing a single bullet.
