Since when did nucular-tipped, ballistic, Trident missiles start flying horizontal and have blue beams emanate from them and then leave a blue cloud behind?

It reminds me of the Russian ballistic missile test on 9DEC2009. It was RSM-56 Bulava missile that was also sea-launched and ended up causing a spiral anomaly.

It wasn’t a Trident missile but maybe it was a missile interceptor ?
