An alpha female can still be a lady and be attracted to a strong man, and let him fulfill his role in a relationship if she is willing allow him to do it.

My first wife (God rest her soul) was a very strong woman. She suffered through medical problems that would probably have left this self-styled "alpha female" blubbering for help. My second wife is likewise a very strong woman. Both marriages were/are very happy.

There is a very big difference between being a strong woman and being a domineering woman. I've been lucky twice.
