Extremely tortured logic that an employer that takes advantage of a government meddling H1-B visa program to begin with has any “right” to be free of government interference.
These visas should NOT exist to begin with, except for some very limited exceptions where no American jobs are being replaced for mere convenience and the person/persons are truly doing a job that an American would not otherwise be doing.
It’s absolutely crazy in this country that we put foreigners ahead of our own when it comes to jobs. What sane country does that?
