I get those low carb tortillas too. I make a pretty good pizza crust and I always make it as thin as possible.
I used to make pizza crust - I just don’t want to spend my time slaving away in the kitchen these days. So I have developed other methods. Not as tasty, but good enough.
I prefer meals that are along the grab and go type. Once a week or so I make a meal or sometimes several to reheat and eat.
