Isn’t Indy kinda like Cincinnati, Minneapolis? They have their days where harmony is hard to come by?

Washington Square has been in decline for a decade.
After the factories closed, all of the apartments in the area have gone Section 8 in the last 8 years.

There has been a HUGE spike in crimes in this area since.

That mall is about a ghost town. Most Indy malls are on the way out.
