Scripture verse please.

For example, in Rom.10:9 we find this: “if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” How can an inarticulate baby confess anything? If he dies before he’s able to speak will he be lost? Jesus said in John 6:45, that “everyone who has heard and learned of the Father comes to Me.” A baby is too young to understand and thus learn the gospel. There is Ezek.18;20 which says “The soul which sins shall die. The son shall not bear the guilt of the father,nor the father bear the guilt of the son.”
