Trump just demonstrated the corruption of the US press
YouTube Video LIVE Donald Trump Rally In Norcross Georgia [VIDEO] 10-10-2015 ^ | 10/10/2015

At today's rally Trump challenged the news network camera operators to scan the crowd to show how many people were there, and they refused to do it.

This link will take you to 27:05 in the video where he makes the demand. When they refuse, he says that shows how dishonest they are because they don't want people knowing how large his crowds are.

“Trump is definitely helping Cruz”

How so?

Anything he says about Cruz is positive. Even in the last debate he mentioned that he and Cruz had just discussed an issue (can’t remember what it was) but the message I got was that he found that a positive experience

Trump was drilled today about Cruz’ commenting that Trump would not win the nomination and he declined to hit back. I think he was 100% correct in his assessment of Cruz’ position, but he would have slapped back if any of his other competitors had said something similar.

We need a conservative news outlet that is free to watch. Why is al jazeera free? If there were rich people who are conservative it would have been done decades ago. Therefore I don’t think there are any rich conservatives.

That’s an enlightening chart. I wonder what similar charting of the other media groups would look like..

I turned my tv off a year ago. Before that if I was at home the tv was on and it was automatically on Fox. Always. At first it was so quiet I thought about calling the cable company to beg them to turn it on again. But I waited a couple of weeks and noticed some changes I liked. I was thinking my own thoughts, paying attention to what I was doing whether washing the dishes, reading a book, talking with a friend, going for a walk. My world expanded. I laughed more, ground my teeth less! I’m better informed because I read more online. If something momentous happens I can see it online.

I had no idea how my LIFE revolved around Fox News. What a blessed relief to have it gone.

I tell all that because since then I have thought more carefully, more objectively. I no longer think in sound bites! I don’t know what others experience is, but I’ve come to distrust media completely. Reading the chart you posted just confirms the suspicions of many of us. We are being spoonfed news. It’s all in the way an event is told and framed.

Fox just uses a different color frosting. Right now it seems they’re hell-bent on shrinking Trump. In some corporate offices it’s been decided he’s got to go. But that is NOT THEIR DECISION to make.

For better or worse, the voters get to decide whether Trump stays or goes.

These smug bastards think they know best. All I can think is - their best decisions brought us here. I don’t know if Trump would be the best, the worst that ever presided over the executive branch, or some of both. But a handful of outrageously wealthy and powerful people don’t get to decide.

We do.

I love what he does to the media. They must really hate him for putting them onstage and revealing their corruption.

Please.

Trump loves and courts the MSM.

He’s not having to spend a dime on media coverage, they’re covering his every movement, and he knows full well the value of that.

Run a contest with a free hat for the best crowd picture posted to a specific sight. Could do it with a Facebook post. Most likes by specific time wins

Excellent idea

You can always post directly to him on Twitter. I do it all the time. Often with good ideas from other freepers. Of course, he probably gets thousands of posts a day and who knows how many he reads. But hopefully he has some assigned staff reading them all

I see very substantial improvement in the content, and especially the delivery of Trump’s speeches compared to even 2 months ago.

I agree

Thanks samtheman, my problem is I don't speak the Twitter jargon. I have an account, but have never used it---I've been lurking, but maybe some day I'll get up enough nerve and try it. ;
