Thanks! Sounds like it could be fun!
On the one hand, it was kind of neat watching Daniel act as a kind of walker Pied Piper.
On the other hand, he and the others unleashed a horde of walkers into the local community with complete disregard for any innocent people who might get killed along the way. The walker horde served as a pretty cool distraction, but it really makes Daniel and the characters look bad. Have they reached the point of the ends justify the means so soon in the zombie apocalypse?
I'm sorry, LOL.
They better not touch either one of those guys. That would almost be a dealbreaker for me.
Yes, it’s like we get it by now...you don’t have to keep killing characters to drive home a point.
Yes, and the same was true of Madison, Travis, etc. driving out of their neighborhood without warning anyone about the “Cobalt” solution that was on the way.
I’m seeing a lot of posters on forums saying they’re done with the show because they can’t get invested in the characters. I think I must be watching with lowered expectations than most. I can’t really say that I like any of these people, including Strand with his dress shirt-packing for the end of the world, but a couple of them-—Nick, Salazar-—interest me enough to tune in to see how they progress. And I haven’t given up on Travis.
As they are leaving the fenced in neighborhood one of the women says something like we should warn the others. And another of the women say they stood and watched as the soldiers dragged our people away.
If this had been my neighborhood and the people I have lived by all these years stood by while my family was seized by government troops I wouldn't give a flip about any of them and I figure they can take their chances with the Walkers.
Yes, and they left the gate wide open as they left their neighborhood, too. I get that they are ticked off at the neighbors for not helping when Nick and Griselda were taken away. But leaving the gate open was not good.
I don’t know what to think of Strand. Who packs white dress shirts for the zombie apocalypse? LOL!
Same for me.
That dude’s in for a rude awakening, LOL.
I do see your point. But there are kids in the neighborhood, you know?
Thanks. That was an interesting and thoughtful explanation. I can see it that way. Makes me see a different side of Morgan now.
And a different side of Victor. I’ll rewatch Fear with this in mind.
Enjoyed it.
All three grands are doing great too.
I tuned out on The Strain half way through last week’s episode. Just can’t bring myself to care about them anymore.
Really? It’s one of my can’t-miss shows, and there are only three or four of them.
Eichhorst is one of the most frightening characters I’ve seen on screen.
Three? WTH? I really missed a lot. I had no idea you had three now. That’s wonderful.
Given his background as a bad guy in El Salvador, this action doesn't surprise me at all.
I liked it fairly well but they jumped the shark with the pineapple flavouring.
I haven’t watched it since. I love Setrakian and Fet but not enough to keep watching.
Daniel Salazar doesn’t really surprise me. But the other characters...I guess they were just following along.
Carol and the girls from TWD are coming up on GMA in a few minutes.......
Dang, missed it! I’ll look for it on Youtube or on the GMA site.
Thanks for the heads-up, HT.
