A guys gets up close and personal with a HUGE brown bear under his buddys back deck. Kudos to him for handling the situation without having to put the bear down!
Would you change link in header to this...I put the annyoing woman with the Kayak link by mistake:

Bear say: “What got to do to catch a few Z’s around here?”
They’re pretty nonchalant while that bear hisses and snorts at them. Ida got outta there!
I know. I was scared sitting here in Colorado!

Looks like he’s trying to sleep off a meal of peppered kayak.
Hadn’t seen that one. Thanks.
He was just being friendly. ;)
LOL!
It may be brown, but it’s a black bear. One that has been around people too much and will eventually pay the price - hopefully before someone gets killed.

LOL
That stupid needs to be put out of her misery.
Thanks, beaversmom. That bear made me jump twice. LOL
We have a lot of bears around Durango this time of year. I saw one two nights ago.
Made me jump, too!
Do you ever get a chance to get pics?
Good one!
I could if the light was better.
The one I saw a few nights ago was in a parking lot. I was leaving some friends apartment. I could have been surprised out of my wits by that bear if I’d been about a minute sooner. He was walking between some cars when I last saw him. It could have been a close encounter of the scary kind.
The only one I ever saw in Colorado was a few years back East of Idaho Springs. He was walking along the road next to 1-70. I couldn’t get my camera ready in time to get a pic. :(
Great video! They are all over up here this year! No way in heck I’m letting one get that close! If I happened to accidentally, I think I would have a heart attack and poop my pants at the same time!
You’re right. Here in Colo. I think they get one chance, are hauled off, and if they come back, they get put down.
