Huh? I wasn’t guilty of the infraction. The area is a well known speed trap and I adjusted my speed accordingly. Read the brief if you would like to do so. Ultimately, the City Atty declined to prosecute because I was right that the sign was placed wrong and if I won in Court, that would have invalidated hundreds of other tickets.
Actually I did read some of that transcript. In all fairness, had I read it first before I commented, my comment would not be so bad. I see what happened there, and although quite a mess, I better understand why you did what you did. So.....as far as Bill Clinton.....that comment sticks!
