You are correct, of course about the efficacy of ozonated water. Ozone in water makes hydrogen peroxide. I buy, by the gallon, 35% and/or 50% food grade hydrogen peroxide. We dilute this as needed for any and all disinfecting needs. We soak our toothbrushes in a 10%+ solution of H2O2. We put drops in water for internal use. We wash fresh veggies with it. We add it to the horse tank water for our horses. We sometimes use it on fresh meat to kill any resident bacteria. Great stuff, and we do not have to have an ozone generator.

No, it doesn't. I assure you the medical professionals who are working with this substance are completely familiar with Hydrogen Peroxide. Ozonated water is entirely something else. Hydrogen Peroxide is NOT Ozonated water. O₃ has to be outgassing from the water to be considered Ozonated.

Hydrogen Peroxide decomposes to water and Oxygen: 2H₂O₂ —>2H₂O + O₂

Note it does NOT decompose to to water and Ozone, O₃.

Ozonated water, H2O2, IV Vitamin C all have similar effect on bacterial, viral and cancerous cells.
