My Wife just told me that her iPhone 5S has been freezing up on her. Mine’s been working fine.
She updated hers on wi-fi, and I did mine through iTunes.

My Wife just told me that her iPhone 5S has been freezing up on her. Mines been working fine.
She updated hers on wi-fi, and I did mine through iTunes. Have her back hers up and then do a restore. But First. . . do a hard reset of her iPhone. Hold down the home button and power buttons for fifteen seconds until the phone switches off. The just hold the power button until the white Apple appears on the screen. Often that makes all those kind of problems just go away.
