A three-day mourning period has been announced in the UAE after the son of Dubai's ruler died of a heart attack. Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who graduated from Sandhurst in 2002, died on Saturday morning.

I’m not surprised to see cocaine mentioned several times already. It’s what I came here to say.
Heart defects do happen but generally they get you before you get older. People who have heart attacks in their 30 seem to die due to environmental reasons and not genetic.

Can they complete an honest autopsy and determine cause of death in just a few hours?
The guy was a top rated athlete. But OTOH I remember Jim Fixx, a marathon runner and author, who died suddenly from a congenital heart defect.

I doubt it. I don’t see any disproportionate muscle belly swelling. He isn’t big, but lean. It says he did endurance racing, that could be a contributing cause.
