Gotta disagree on Kasich. He's been moving up. I think a lot of the GOPe is starting to realize they made a bad bet on Jeb, and Kasich is their Plan B. He's dangerous.

His upward movement is done. He is out, within about two weeks. He’s really out now, but the announcement will be “delayed”.
