I am not sure that is correct. The reason that Muslims say women should be covered is because the Qumran says that all men are naturally rapist who cannot control themselves. By taking their shirts off in public and having French males just walk by they prove that Mo-HAM-med was wrong.
That said, I am not sure they would know that. Not everyone has read the blasphemous Muslim scriptures
