I stood up for Kim Davis, the County Clerk in Kentucky who went to jail for her "faith" for refusing to issue Marriage Licenses to same-sex couples. However, I'm sure everyone knows by now that Kim Davis announced that she is a life-long Democrat. What's up with that? She spends her entire life supporting a Party, and politicians, who propagate Homo marriages AND killing little unborn babies in the womb; now she gets all "holy". That is hypocrisy in the highest form.
She’s a Democrat!! Throw her in jail!! You people are so blinded by your own stupidity you can’t think straight.
No other agenda. She is a typical Democrat. This is from Wikipedia, so take it for what it's worth, but it's no mystery.
From 1991 to 2015, Davis served as chief deputy clerk of Rowan County, reporting to her mother, Rowan County Clerk Jean W. Bailey.[12] Kentucky law permits elected county officials to employ their family members and to determine their compensation.[12]
In 2011, county residents complained about Davis' compensation: an annual wage of $51,812 and an additional $11,301 in overtime and other compensation during 2011.[12] While deputy clerk, Davis earned more than other chief deputies in the county: Chief Deputy Sheriff Joe Cline received $38,000 annually and Deputy Judge-Executive Jerry Alderman $36,000 annually; neither position receives overtime pay.[12] After the County Fiscal Court reviewed the compensation of clerks in the office a vote was taken with the result being a unanimous decision to cut the County Clerk's office budget for salary by one-third for 2012.[12]
Seems Kim's mama was county clerk and kim was a deputy under her (appointed by her mother) for 25 years...yes 25 years.
Mom retired and she ran and won. She has appointed her son as a deputy.
Read all the way to the end.
And I apologize to anyone who is offended by a wiki reference.
It is annoying.
I will call it out when I see it.

Mom retired. She ran and won.
Read it to the end to see her miraculous conversion.
She has been a Christian for 4 years. She’s had plenty of time to switch parties.

For me it’s not about standing up for Kim Davis or anyone in particular. It’s about standing up for the rule of law and the Constitution and standing against the black-robed supremes overstepping their authority.
"She is the mother of twins, who were born five months after her divorce from her first husband. Her third husband is the biological father of the twins, who were adopted by her second husband, Joe, who is also her fourth and current husband."[32]
White Trashery LOL!
>>>Youd do good to look a little deeper in her history, ifn thats all you got.<<<
Amen to that.
Kim Davis coverted to Christianity four years ago and is an Apostolic Christian.

I’m a registered Republican, but that doesn’t mean anything any more. I call myself an Independent.
Cynical:
Cynical suggests a disbelief in the sincerity of human motives: cynical about honesty. Pessimistic implies a more or less habitual disposition to look on the dark side of things, and to believe that the worst will happen: pessimistic as to the future.
I like where she grew her hair long and started to dress like a modest peasant.
...Kim Davis announced that she is a life-long Democrat.
That fact has been out since the beginning. Why did you support her without facts?
Who else to support in ignorance?
This is all very confusing. I thought a judge would not grant a divorce if a woman was pregnant? They won’t here in Ohio.
People’s views change. Gradual change is far more common than a sudden epiphany that changes every view you’ve ever held. A change of long held political views can lag behind a change of heart too. That may indicate some confusion but is confused thinking hypocrisy?
Apostolic women have to wear their hair long, no make up, no jewelry, no pants - only dresses or skirts and blouses. This is what they call being holy. They are a sect of the Pentecostal group which denies the Trinity - we refer to them as Jesus only people. They also believe that if one doesn’t speak in tongues - then one can’t go to heaven or isn’t filled with the Holy Spirit. Check it out.
I’m familiar with Apostolics, we have several churches in the surrounding area where we live.
I do not care what her political party is. The issue is the same regardless.
A lot of Democrats I know are Democrats because they treat political affiliation like sports affiliation.
They have absolutely NO clue about the issues or the ramifications.
And if you try to discuss issues with them, they just shut you off. It would be like trying to convince a Steeler fan to no longer be a Steeler fan. Or any sports fan for that matter. (Just using Steeler fans as an example - not equating them with Democrats.)
