I left out the subject “I” in my second sentence. But that is okay, Glenn usually says “I” enough times each show to make up the deficiency. ;-)
Glenn Beck is deranged or off his meds if not both.
Unfortunately, that was then and what he is now makes it difficult to cite or reference his earlier work with credibility.
He may be right about Trump and if so, he'll laugh an "I told you so" laugh for as long as he can.
But the way he's going (his radio panel program format sucks), will there be anyone left listening to hear him laugh?
Beck’s a dingbat. Wanting to give teddy-bears to gangbanger border crossers; his unhinged irritation at Cliven Bundy supporters; his statements about being perfectly fine with homo marriage; Something about Beck, the guy is seriously cracked in the head.
In contrast, Palin has been solid and unwavering, despite enduring a hellstorm of personal media attacks on her and her family that have gone on for years.
Let’s see. Kim Kardashian, Bruce Springsteen, Barack Hussein Obama, and Glenn Beck. I never understood what anyone ever saw in each of them .

He did have substance abuse problems for a decent portion of the beginning of his life.
Perhaps this combined with seeing how the “sausage is made” at the Media level Ie. CNN, FOX, and now at his own network for so long is just too much for his already fragile as glass psyche to handle.

Glenn Beck should be ashamed that he is Glenn Beck.
While I’m no beck fan, I sort of agree. I was a Sarah Palin fan right up until I saw her speak in person last January at the Iowa freedom summit. My family and I waited all day for her and Ted Cruz. When she came out wearing hooker boots and a snakeskin skirt, I was confused but open minded. When she started talking, it was disjointed and confusing. She was patriotic, but also she seemed like a caricature of herself, like Tina fey came out instead. It was indeed a letdown. So if she has continued on as such, I can see where beck is coming from.
I like Glenn — always have — but this is just silly on his part.
I am as well. I turned him off after the tirade against Sarah Palin. Working at a computer all day I need something in the background. I now listen to the previous nights Red Eye Radio broadcast. They’re conservative for the most part and entertaining.
I stopped listening to him a long time ago. We have two “Talk Radio” stations in my area, and 4 Christian stations.
I have plenty of things to listen to without having to resort to glenn beck.
I think he just might be abusing drugs or something. Beck—get help!

I remember being at work one day back in the 80’s, and hearing a song come on my co-workers radio. The so-called ‘boss’, singing about a ‘hungry heart’. I thought: “What a horrible song. Encouraging men to leave their wife and kids, because they have a ‘hungry heart’”.
It’s not a ‘hungry heart’; it’s lust of the flesh. And it destroys families.
Over 20 years later, I was at a truck stop in OKC, and heard a another driver say (to my best recollection): “I was struggling with my marriage. I was making it worse, by not trying to make it better. But instead of going to counselling, I let the words from Springsteens’s song be my advice. I threw some things in my pickup truck, and I never went back. I ended up losing everything, even some of my best friends. It was my fault, but to this day, I’d love to smash my right fist into Springsteen’s face so hard it’d take him a week to pick himself off the ground.”
I sat there wondering how many marriages Bruce helped to ruin. The ‘boss’? More like, ‘the idiot’.

I had forgotten about how he turned against Cliven Bundy. Paraphrasing what Mr. Bundy said regarding the negroes being better off under slavery than they are now, sitting on their porches with nothing to do short of living off government welfare, can that really be disputed? Certainly, it could have been stated more artfully, but at the core, his message was correct. At least then, for the most part, their families were intact, and even if they had a work ethic under threat of force, at least they had one. I’m not an expert on slavery and I’m not trying to justify the institution, but it doesn’t make sense to me that families would intentionally be broken apart unless there was reason for it, e.g. removing a troublemaker. Short of that, what would be the point of making the rest of your workers unhappy by separating them from one of their loves ones?
Back when he was on Fox, he did a lot of great work, which he continued for awhile. Then he started preaching too much and I started looking at him from a different viewpoint. It became too much about turning to God, MLK and Ghandi and Glenn was going to be the one to show us the way. I also believe his alliance/reliance on the Huntsman family is to blame for at least part of his troubles. I don’t have good feelings about those people.
Anyway, that was when I had had enough, and canceled my subscription to GBTV/theblaze. I had been a charter member, signing up before it even officially went on-air after he left Fox.
To see what’s happening to him now, I have to believe he has lost so many subscribers after the Bundy incident and his teddy bear stunt at the border that TheBlaze is in danger of failure. If he fails, it’s his own fault, not mine. He’s the one that changed, and not for the better.
