For a fast, decent shave, the Trac 2 is hard to beat. With a bit more time, I like the Ikon Shavecraft 101. A used Gillette Tech razor off of Ebay is also an excellent shave.

I’ve tried aggressive razors, but the chin and upper lip suffer too much...

And I use canned goo. There is a reason it became popular.
