It is a video that proves romance is not dead and one that appears to have captivated the hearts of more than 60 million people on the internet.
The heart-warming footage captured at an airport lounge, believed to be in America, was filmed in secret and shows a smartly-dressed elderly man waiting for his wife to arrive.
Like a teenager on a first date, he stands awkwardly with one hand by his side grasping hold of a card.

I am sure you thought it was funny, but to me it is a very sad comment on our times.
Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthymeditate on these things.

That man’s belt buckle gives it away. He left his cowboy hat in the pickup.

I did for my bride of 50 years back when she was visiting her mom when she was recovering from a hip injury. Pre-TSA (1998) you could meet loved ones at the gate. She had been gone a month and I met her in tuxedo with flowers and taped music. As we walked to the limo I rented, all the men in the bar stood up and clapped hands.
She still blushes when we watch the tape.
