In-n-Out. Local young men eat there 2x week. The burgers, fries and shakes are very good and the customer service is excellent.
Del Taco. My brothers and I rode skateboard to Del Taco in Fullerton in the 70’s. Still good.
Habit. Always crowded and very good.
Tommy’s. Great hamburger with chili. Yum. Perfect preparation for heart problems (lots of salt).
Karl Karcher had seven kids go through Catholic schools in Anaheim and felt sad when Carl’s ads became soft porn in the late 90’s.
Wendy’s. The good favorite of seniors.
McDonalds. I wonder if they can recover from their shrinking business.
I worked at the Anaheim theme park, in the 90’s. One Sunday, I had to open the accounting office at 7:00am (open 7 days a week). I had a flat, and lived about 25 miles away, so I really had to haul @$$ , to make it on time. Not a problem, freeway was wide open, till about Anaheim Stadium area. Big old Cadillac was doing about 45 in the fast lane. I passed on the right, and was about to lay into the guy, with my horn. Glad I didn’t, it was Carl, on his way to church.
I don’t think he could see much past the hood ornament :)
