I don’t know about that. I do know a short wheel base causes directional instability , also known as the “death hop”.
I understand your brand loyalty. Chevy/Ford, yada yada. Because I have both vehicles sitting side by side in the driveway, and I do all my own maintenance, I’m familiar with the pros and cons of each. I’m not going to spend 20 minutes of my life that I can’t get back listing them. I’m not here to sell cars.

Nope. Square tire arrangements do. The Ford Bronco was more square than rectangular and had a terrible directional stability issue. Jeep Wranglers have a rectangular arrangement and are very stable.
