It just looks like a pile of big rocks with a peppermint stick pole stuck in them. No sign that I see in the photo. Understandable.

I am going to say, "Apparently not."

There is no sign of ongoing excavation and no sign of the past excavation resulted in even so much as a plaque saying what it is and what they found.
