Whatever happened to all those Waco bikers? You know, the 177 people arrested at the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas after a motorcycle rally on May 17 ended with nine people shot dead?
Immediately following the shooting, I wrote about just how badly Waco authorities screwed up the arrests. Rather than trifle with technicalities like the rules for bail under the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Justice of the Peace Pete Peterson set bail at a staggering $1 million for each of the arrestees in order to send a message. Then I described how prosecuting nearly 200 bikers was crushing the criminal justice system in McLennan County and costing taxpayers a fortune.
Why did the story fade from public attention? Whats come out since the story broke?
As it turns out, its no accident that you havent heard more about the Waco biker debacle.
First, lets look at two developments that seem like they would be informative, but actually arent.

lol dude, keep tryin
Yes but are you a jack booted thug?
“lol dude, keep tryin”
I REFUTE your post and that is the best you can do? Please cite ANY basis for your post.
“Yes but are you a jack booted thug?”
No but are you a criminal biker gangster?
Gator you just contradicted yourself.
First you said the ME doesn’t list a specific caliber.
Then you say Medium is an official term and refers to the caliber.
Which is it? If the ME says Medium and Medium means .38 then the ME is listing the caliber.
Its hard to believe no bullets have been recovered. The specific caliber should be pretty easy to determine from the large sample they have.
nope, don’t play one on TV either
The ‘term’ biker has been used numerous times on this thread and almost every other thread on this subject. When used by the folks like yourself its used as a pejorative and synonymous with criminal.
“The term biker has been used numerous times on this thread and almost every other thread on this subject. When used by the folks like yourself its used as a pejorative and synonymous with criminal.”
ABSOLUTELY NOT! Please cite proof that I have done so!
And, the appellate court vacated the judges gag order, saying he had abused his authority, only to have a higher court stay the vacation, which means the gag order stays in place while that process concludes. Prior restraint is alive and well in Waco.
Also, I wonder why the prosecution is so concerned that nobody see the video footage? I'm sure it's merely to protect the pool of potential jurors.</sarc>

When you post #29 made this claim, ONLY one post by ‘folks like myself’ used the term ‘biker’.
In that post it was “criminal biker gangs”
Are you denying that there are criminal biker gangs?
boy two responses to my post. I must be on target
“The term biker has been used numerous times on this thread and almost every other thread on this subject. “
Numerous? Ha. Used ONCE (excluding my recent joke with you) and I have already put that one to bed since it said “criminal biker gangs” to clarify the difference between the good and bad bikers.
“boy two responses to my post. I must be on target”
And you refuted how many?
NONE!
Yep, you’ve proven it yourself. People like yourself consider all ‘bikers’ to be criminals. Not unusual since you consider all non-cops to criminals.
I never thought of this until I read your question. Having many agencies may turn out to be a good thing if massive civil unrest breaks out. I doubt if all would be willing to follow the same orders. (emphasize "may")

LOL! You are as ridiculous as Laz. You are now on my ignore list.
True.
Thank goodness for the multiple motorcycle gangs.
I didn’t say that everyone in a biker gang was a Boy Scout. However, I did watch Unchained Brotherhood spend all day collecting frozen turkeys outside an Albertsen’s one day last November. Every single Sunday that month they were out there.
Judging by their cuts, I’d say there are a lot of parallels in terms of uniform. I even joked with them about it and they shot back with whether they wanted me to show up and volunteer as Asst. Scoutmasters. I told them it would be fine as long as they’d be willing to teach the kids small engine maintenance, and that I’d have shirts and neckerchiefs for all of them.
Most of these guys are radical libertarians. Doesn’t make them a priori criminals.

They are not a three-patch club and I saw no 1% patches in their photos. So I don’t associate them with the criminal gangs.
However, be aware that the criminal gangs use such activities as toy drives to hide their real criminal element.
After all, who takes guns and meth on a toy drive?
