Whatever happened to all those Waco bikers? You know, the 177 people arrested at the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas after a motorcycle rally on May 17 ended with nine people shot dead?
Immediately following the shooting, I wrote about just how badly Waco authorities screwed up the arrests. Rather than trifle with technicalities like the rules for bail under the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Justice of the Peace Pete Peterson set bail at a staggering $1 million for each of the arrestees in order to send a message. Then I described how prosecuting nearly 200 bikers was crushing the criminal justice system in McLennan County and costing taxpayers a fortune.
Why did the story fade from public attention? Whats come out since the story broke?
As it turns out, its no accident that you havent heard more about the Waco biker debacle.
First, lets look at two developments that seem like they would be informative, but actually arent.

I’m not even going to rehash that with you. As long as you quote what I actually said, I have no issue with you quoting me. I only take issue when you try to put words in my mouth that I never actually said.
Police officers witnessing the commission of a crime is probable cause in every court in the country.
“There are posts on this board right now that are enough “probable cause” to allow a zealousDA to charge hate crime. Hear me now; remember me later.”
If that is supposed to worry me, it doesn’t. I don’t even think you know how “hate crime” legislation actually works.
“Just because 20 years ago a few bikers were into crime doesnt mean these guys were.”
hmmm. TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY EIGHT Gentlemen on a toy run arrested ....

“It was the undercover cops stabbing and punching to start the riot.”
Of, of course it was, of course. Silly me.
“Just because they can be nice when they want to be does not mean they arent just as vicious as any other criminal gang.”
Cops typically stake out the exits and pull over suspicious bikers. Amazing how many are caught with meth on a toy run!
Of course not.
You played dumb, I linked and quoted you as requested, and you continued to play dumb and alternately claim you never posted those posts or they were manufactured.
“I didn’t post it, someone else did! Honest, it was the Post Ghost!”
“I have heard that there was other people that were not involved with the gangs but arrested with them. I also heard the cops fired first.”
Lots of people on these threads say “I heard this” and “I heard that”, but I’ve found when you press them to produce a source, they never seem to be able to, so I don’t put any stock in that kind of thing. The sources that we do have all seem to say otherwise.
“And Id bet you dollars to donuts that if it was Ferguson style rioters instead of bikers, that the cops would let them riot.”
That might well be so, however, does that mean the cops are not justified in stopping any criminals if they don’t stop all of them? I don’t like “selective enforcement” one bit, but I would much rather have police enforcing the law at least most of the time than not enforcing it at all.

“The bail gripe is about the only one people are throwing around that I think has any legitimacy.”
It is an issue but it was dealt with. Most got out on lowered bonds. When you have such a deadly display in public it takes time to sort out.
Besides, that amount has been given in Waco previously.
” The language of your posts and Texas Gators is very similar and you continued a discussion I was having with TexasGator as if you and I were having the debate.”
LMAO, all you conspiracy theorists spout the same nonsense, and ping each other to pile on the maybe 3 or 4 non-paranoids that dare to post on these threads.
Yet when someone who doesn’t agree with you backs up another poster, all of a sudden you’ve got invent conspiracy theories to explain it. Hilarious!
Wouldn’t be the first time there was a two headed troll on the forum.
Or even a three headed troll.
The md4bush event was a multi-headed troll...
The affidivit is deficient for crimes of commission.
Right, so because it’s happened before, you can freely accuse anyone you want with zero evidence, eh?
“Yet when someone who doesnt agree with you backs up another poster, all of a sudden youve got invent conspiracy theories to explain it. Hilarious!”
Maybe they are all the same dude!
Considering that there have been already more than twenty ‘troll complaints’ to JR and the mods from you dudes you might try to find another horse to ride.
Really?
Care to prove that?
Check with Don.
I’ve never claimed I didn’t make those posts, now you are just flat out lying.
What I have denied is only statements you falsely tried to attribute to me which I never actually made.
Anyway, I don’t have any hope you will be able to comprehend that distinction, or you would have grasped it already, so it’s pointless to discuss any further. Shouldn’t be thread jumping anyway, that’s against the forum rules.
“Considering that there have been already more than twenty troll complaints to JR and the mods from you dudes”
You don’t get to skate on that claim.
Prove it or shut yer piehole.
“Ive never claimed I didnt make those posts, n”
You really want me to pull the link from the other thread?
I’ll make it easy for readers, the page where you begin trying to walk back your posts in the other thread starts here:

And kept going for pages..
http://freerepublic.com/focus/news/3329743/posts?page=81#81
And there I gave links to what you did up to that point.
Keep wiggling, hedging, and trying to play cute.
You most certainly made the following posts, and they mean what they say regardless.
