Great idea.

First good idea I’ve seen from either chain, in ten years.

Ever try to "Have it your way" at any McDonalds?

Their eyes glazed over, all production stops, panic ensues.

I love Wendy’s. But for the money that BK and McDs charge, I can make two super awesome 1/2 lb. burgers with all the fixins’. Besides, none of the fast food joints offer bleu cheese on their burgers. I have GOT to have bleu cheese on my burgers.

Well, of course. But if you just want to grab a quick bite to eat while on the road, it will do. I'll take Steak 'n' Shake or Culver's as well.

When IO was a teenager, when time wasn't as precious, all of the time. I order a Quarter-pounder with cheese and "extra everything". It ensured I got a fresh-cooked burger every time.

McDonalds already has a “McWhopper”. It’s called a McKinley Mac. “Everything is big in Alaska”.

There is a small chain in the Toronto area called Hero Certified Burger which once served something called a Blue Moon burger which had blue cheese and mushrooms. I don’t think they still serve it but they do offer blue cheese as an add on.
