Have you considered a zeer? No electricity needed. Works by evaporative cooling. I’m trying to get hold of one.

Is that the refrigerator invented thousands of years ago that cools through evaporation?
If it is you can make one for about $50 out of a 55 gal drum and a smaller 35 gal drum inside of it with the wet sand surrounding it.
