Ok I have a question and see if any freeper can answer. When the SHTF comes and of course many will not be able to pay their bills including rent.
Will a large number of people be evicted from their apartments?

Nobody will be evicting anyone when we’re all sitting in a fema camp.

Food and supplies will be the new gold. Rent and “bills” may cease to exist until the reset.

It takes a court to evict somebody not willing to leave.
I don't think Judges will be to concerned about that.

Will a large number of people be evicted from their apartments? Zero people will be evicted from their apartments. If society breaks down to that extent, the sheriffs will have more important things to do than serve eviction notices.

No. Who is going to evict them?
Also the landlords will want to keep people in them who formerly paid to keep the squatters out. They can trust the former renter payers over people that never lived there and paid rent to at least keep the place from burning down.

I wouldn’t say evicted. If S->fan, the apartments will empty, but not because of evictions :-(
