Baby’s crying has never bothered me unless they are in my ear. I have noticed that it really upsets control freaks.
If a child crying in church upsets you, you are in church for the wrong reason.
Some people have really good hearing and the best way to describe it is we can't distinguish real well sounds in the distance and sounds near by. I'm not a control freak. It's just that darn kid, sounds like it's at my table screaming in my ear.
That crying baby? Maybe doesn't like eating in those unfamiliar environments. Stubborn, independent infant? Avoid restaurants or eat early before there are many people there.
Some people just don’t know when a child needs comforting. Some people are too lazy and self-absorbed to comfort a crying child. Some people are so inconsiderate of others they feel it’s their right to inflict their screaming children upon others.
We chose to remove and comfort our children when they needed it. It’s not rocket surgery. It’s called being a responsible adult.
