Either one would work for me, but I think Carson might have more appeal in the general election so that might make more sense.

There go the Trump-haters’ brains.
They never considered the two collaborating... can’t throw spears if that happens.

Carson for designated funeral-goer. Cruz for Supreme Court.

Both are intelligent men who love their country and would make a fine prez in the future.

If Hillary rides out the storm and becomes the Democratic nominee; then Fiorina would make sense as Trump’s Vice President. If Hillary withdraws then Cruz would be the best candidate for “VEEP” with consideration given to Carson as a minority “draw.”

Still a year away from Trump having to choose a running mate as this usually happens the week of the convention.
Though it would not surprise me to see Trump break from this tradition. I would also throw in the names Allen West and Susana Martinez. Either of those would make liberal heads explode even more.

Stone, who noted that hes had a hand in eight presidential elections, has taken it upon himself to begin vetting a No. 2 for Trump. I dont think that Donald has thought about a running mate yet, and frankly it would be presumptuous for him to do so, Stone said. Hes focused on winning the nomination, and then winning the election.
A non story here, Trump isn't considering anything yet.

RealClearPolitics hasn’t had a new poll on Iowa New Hampshire or South Carolina in more than 10 days.
Probably because the results are too unbelieveable.....80 percent for Trump.

Since he’s the business genius he should franchise it whereby there would be a separate VP for each state, i.e. Kasich from Ohio, Rubio from Florida, Cruz-Texas, Sarah-Alaska, etc.

Cason: NO, save for Surgeon General.
TED CRUZ: Most definitely V.P.,
Think about his expertise in the Senate, and "Casting a DECIDING VOTE" ;
and what a great choice TED CRUZ is, in the event Trump croaks.

Keeping Cruz in the Senate for now, and available for the inevitable Supreme Court appointment would be a far better fit for his talents and vastly superior for the country. And it’s not just Ginsburg and the libs who will be needing replacements, but the conservative justices as well, just to maintain the present “balance”.

This is designed to show Trump’s bravado, that he’s beyond the GOP primaries and looking ahead of the general election.

Just imagine having ultra-intelligent, highly respectable people answering to the president. It would be like Christmas. Trump has so many great people to choose from. Ditto for any SCOTUS appointments, and when it comes to SCOTUS I hope and pray the new president (whomever that will finally be) is as conservative as he/she claims to be.
