I don’t believe this was a planned get together on the tee....Bill had previously caught up to Obama in the woods and the press billed it as a chance meeting. I think Bill made such a fuss that if Obama didn’t meet with him he was going to play some real hardball right there in Martha’s Vineyard....

He's had a skin condition known as acne rosacea at least since he became president. That is the cause of the red face, especially the nose. Hasn't treated it all that well over the years for whatever reason.
