How originally, did the Kardashian’s become famous in the first place? What exactly have they done with their lives to merit such continual attention?

When the girls' actual father, Robert Kardashian, was one of O.J. Simpson's lawyers and the O.J. murder trial was televised for days on end, the name entered the mainstream awareness. Later when Bob Kardashian's wife Kim divorced him and married Bruce Jenner, she became Bruce's manager and began promoting him to wring as much money from his "brand" as possible. Along the way, she also began promoting the kids, along the lines of Paris Hilton or similarly vapid lookatmees. Eventually she landed the cable show and that has put them under the microscope for what — seven seasons? I believe she also has licensing agreements or some kind of deal with several tabloids, who pay to photograph the family members and print as many as five articles about them in every issue. The DailyMail is always loaded with Kartrashian articles. Sick.

You are making a good point - but these are insane times.

I don't feel any sympathy for Jenner, but I do for the children caught up in the "transgender children" fad. Their lives will be ruined, by adults who teach them that the only way to get love and attention is to embark on this weird lifestyle.
