Microsoft was VERY clear that the core OS was their primary concern and consideration with the launch of Windows 10.

I know, but there seems to be an awful lot of journalists that think "core OS" means the Start button.

The problem with this is the problem with every journalist in this country: they spout nonsense, and the consuming public believes it. I’m not going to completely cover Microsoft’s ass on this, but most of the crap coming out of the media about Windows 10 is exactly that: crap.
