The only way I see Epson making money here is if they force you to buy their ink, or make a killing on the printer. I would not trust this move until I know more.

The printers are $400 to $500. . . not the $99 junk that fails quickly.

I have an Epson RX5959 that I bought new many years ago. It’s an ink drinker but it still goes on strong. When it goes I will go color laser.

I have a Brother B/W laser that works well.

I also make it a point to print as little as possible. Printers are things I absolutely despise.
