A Gravis Marketing poll released on July 31st confirms that Donald Trump has become the face of the Republican Party. Sure, party insiders and pundits are still trying to distance themselves from Trumps toxic rhetoric, but much to their chagrin, Republican voters are embracing Trumps politics of derision and division.
The Gravis Marketing poll found Trump surging to a huge lead in Iowa. Trump polled at 31 percent in the GOP field, followed by Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker at 15 percent, and former Florida Governor Jeb Bush at 10 percent. Several other Republican candidates were mired in the single digits.

That is exactly the picture I had in mind
Yeah, only a terrific man would treat a decent conservative lady like that.
He's awesome, all right.
Why on earth would he drop out? Let alone give his support to a guy with single digits? Maybe you should be asking when Cruz will drop out and throw his support behind Trump.
Lol. You have a bone to pick with Cruz. That was a direct quote from him. You see, he actually likes Trump—and is not shy about saying so.
"PoliticsUSA" is a moonbat site if there ever was one. Even their site banner proclaims "Real Liberal Politics". What do you think we will get from them besides hate and spin?
You hope.
It worries me that Donald Trump has been resting on his laurels lately, protecting his big lead. He needs to stay on the attack.
And they said he was finished...over......kaput!!!! LOL!
So you have no problem with treating a woman that way?
Got it.
I think so. Cruz is one of the few adults in the crowd and I have to believe that Trump respects him.
I sure as hell hope so, and hope Trump passes the baton to Cruz for the finish.
All I did was quote Cruz. Your beef, if you have one, is with him.
I have no beef with Cruz. I didn’t know about the incident myself until a couple of days ago.
It’s really telling, however, that you just will not answer the question. So I’ll take your dodging as an answer.
I tell you the simple truth and you call it “dodging.”
That is incoherent.
"Look! -- If I want a Krispy Kreme Donut, That's when I'll go after Chris Christy"
Most people already know he isn’t 100% conservative. I think those percentages from 2008 won’t hold water in today’s political climate. Americans are MAD and want results.
I hate to break it to the GOP et al but if this Trump thing don’t work there’s gonna’ be trouble...whether anyone likes it or not.
To review, he called her a "dummy", "born stupid", implied she had a shameful secret in her past, and when she pressed him on it, he refused to elaborate. And he said not one word when his fangirls called her an Asian prostitute.
What do YOU think of that? Is that what you want in the White House?
“Trump will become an afterthought once people realize hes not a true conservative.”
What I find is his repeated recent statements strongly alluding to amnesty seem to go completely unnoticed by his followers.
“I like Donald Trump. I think hes terrific, I think hes brash, I think he speaks the truth.”
Which truth would that be.. his “truth” about stopping illegals from taking Americans’ jobs, or his “truth” about giving amnesty to so-called “illegals without criminal records?”
