Partly, but because of CFIDS, my core temp is lower than 98.6...more like 96.5 - 97.8. So I’m cold even when the temp is around 85.

I’ve been here and in Tucson since 1980, and I don’t do well in colder climates.

Same here. I shudder even to think of a Boston winter. My last was in 1976.
