I live in the same “castle” Yes it’s haunted and yes I fear the living more than I fear what’s haunting it. I suppose I'll have to write a paragraph on the difference between Undead Threads and undead people.
*Sigh*
Undead people are the walking dead, or more typically the rolling dead, as they tend to be electrified and artificially oxygenated. If Doctor Victor Frankenstein had considered using an oxygen tank for his creation, then he'd only have needed to worry about fire. ... Oh, wait ...
Anyway, Undead Threads are different. They are discussion forums that still continue because a consensus or agreement on the original point has not yet been reached. And since no one present has any clue about whatever this mythical and ostensible point may ever have been, it is extremely unlikely that we will ever get around to agreeing about it. So the discussion continues.
Not my problem, anyway, thank goodness. I only have to fix the weather.

I tell people, “I like hot weather. Your coffee doesn’t cool off as quickly, and you don’t have to pee as much.”
People probably think I’m crazy. I want them to have confidence in their opinions.

Actually, I brag about the weather to my friends on the East coast during the winter, and whine about the 100+ degree weather to my friends here. Seems fair to me.

I love hot weather. But I’m not as young as I used to be, and walking uphill in the heat at my age is not something I really relish doing. Of course, I could be a real wienie and ask them to give me a ride home...
